..West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.

* WHERE...Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike,

Southern Wayne, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.

Numerous power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,

especially for high profile vehicles.
