..WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow and sleet
accumulations between 1 and 4 inches and ice accumulations between
one tenth and three tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Susquehanna, and Wyoming
Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Scattered power outages and tree damage are possible due
to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
