* WHERE...In New York, Delaware, Madison, Otsego, Southern Oneida,
and Sullivan Counties. In Pennsylvania, Lackawanna, Luzerne,
Northern Wayne, Pike, Southern Wayne, and Wyoming Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 9 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
